Article from the San Fransico Examiner dating March 2, 1940 which describes the perplexing existence of an underground tunnel seemingly located beneath the Brownstone Mansion, now the Pacific Union Club, connecting to the now demolished mansion of Alexander Hamilton. Both families decendents state they were completely unaware of the tunnel's existence and it remains a mystery as to how it was used. |
